Educational Inclusion
We support the school journeys of 725 children and adolescents, helping to prevent dropout and strengthen learning.
We work hand-in-hand with the community to improve both access to and quality of education.

Community Connection Points
Each week, we meet children and families outside school entrances. We share games, stories, and drawings. We answer questions, listen to concerns, and support children facing rights violations.

School Follow-Up
Through our sponsorship program, we accompany the educational progress of 725 children and adolescents. We meet regularly with school teams to identify complex situations and develop joint strategies.

Supporting Local Schools
Defending the right to education means supporting local institutions. At El Arca, we offer training opportunities, recreational activities, and assistance to help improve the conditions of neighborhood schools.

El Arca Fútbol
Our co-ed soccer school promotes inclusion and defends every child’s right to play.
We foster collective learning of values such as teamwork, perseverance, solidarity, and respect for diversity.

Juegoteca
We set up mobile play spaces in parks and community areas to promote positive social bonds. Learning to play with others, sharing joy, and encouraging creativity and imagination are at the heart of our work.

Literacy Program
We accompany children and adolescents on their journey toward reading and writing, respecting each child’s learning pace.
Through games and technology, we turn classrooms and community centers into spaces of discovery, creativity, and belonging.
Child Participation
We create democratic spaces with children and adolescents where they express ideas, make decisions, develop proposals, and participate actively in their communities.

Classroom Councils
In primary schools, we host assemblies and workshops with children and teachers to build collective dialogue tools and promote respectful interactions.

Student Councils
In secondary schools, we work with students, teachers, and school leaders to support the election of student delegates and the formation of student councils—strengthening respectful dialogue and school life.

Territorial Councils
Children and educators meet weekly to come up with ideas for improving their neighborhoods. We work to ensure their voices are heard and taken into account by the community and local government.
