At El Arca, we play co-ed soccer and promote teamwork.
With a gender perspective, we actively foster equity between boys and girls—on and off the field.

Our goal is for team building to be a powerful experience of collective organization and empowerment—not only for practicing sports, but also for claiming and caring for shared spaces. We build a culture of active listening and mutual support.

Together with families, we also work hard to ensure our training field is safe and well-equipped. We’ve repaired the field, installed lighting and safety nets, upgraded the bathrooms, and purchased new sports equipment.
