Juegotecas

In Cuartel V, play spaces are often in poor condition, and their maintenance depends largely on the care of local neighbors.
The Juegotecas promote children’s right to play while raising awareness about the value of public space in child development and the importance of building community networks of care around it.

Together with volunteers and visiting sponsors, we set up Juegoteca events with reading corners, an open community radio, educational games, and materials for drawing and painting.
We also have an inflatable castle, foosball table, and sports equipment. These activities create a vibrant and inviting space where families come to play, connect, and share.
