No. You do not need previous experience or specific training to volunteer at El Arca.Many of the activities we carry out are simple and involve accompanying children and adolescents in educational, recreational, and community spaces. The most important things are motivation, commitment, and willingness to work alongside others.Of course, if you have previous experience in volunteering, education, sports, arts, or working with children, it will be a valuable contribution—but it is not required to join us.

El Arca’s offices are located at Av. Francisco Piovano 3995, Moreno, Buenos Aires Province, just a few blocks from Moreno train station on the Sarmiento line.However, most of our activities take place in Cuartel V, an area located about 40 minutes from downtown Moreno. Before applying as a volunteer, it is important to consider the distance and your ability to travel to the locations where activities are held.

In fact, we work with several secondary schools that promote community participation and volunteer experiences among their students.If you are under 18, we will need written authorization from your parents or guardians. Our team will also help you find activities appropriate for your age and level of participation.

For many years, we have welcomed volunteers from different countries interested in participating in an international volunteer experience in Argentina.Activities may include supporting educational projects, cultural programs, recreational spaces, libraries, sports activities, and other community initiatives developed alongside children and adolescents.Previous experience is not required, although we especially value interest in community work, cultural exchange, and commitment to the proposed activities.
