Learning to read, to write, to understand the world, and to trust in one’s own abilities should never be a privilege.
In Cuartel V, many educational journeys continue thanks to enormous effort. In the face of these challenges, El Arca has been there for 40 years—supporting schools, strengthening community bonds, and creating spaces where learning is possible and where every child can exercise their right to belong, participate, and grow.
But none of this is built alone. Every person who joins makes that presence real. Every monthly contribution helps sustain a classroom, a circle of conversation, an open library, and a community educator who listens.
